We live in a world of changes and chances. A news release sometime back from Laboratories stated that more than 98% of our atoms in our bodies were not present one year ago today. You are really a new person. We keep changing with the times. Our thinking changes; our attitude changes; our position in life changes; our love for others changes; our action changes; our relationship with God and with one another changes; but one person always remains unchanged is God! We live in a fallen world. Job’s philosophical lamentation Man born of woman is of few days and full of trouble. He springs up like a flower and withers away; like a fleeting shadow, he does not endure (Job 14:1-2) has always been the cursed cry of every human heart since man fell from grace (Genesis 3).

Worry - Wednesday, November 02, 2005
It is estimated 40% of things we worry about are future possibilities that will actually never happen; 30% are things of the past which can’t be changed; 12% are about our health (when nothing is really wrong with us). 10% are too petty and insignificant to matter. That means, only 8% of the things we worry about deserve our thought!
